ArrowNet

What is ArrowNet

ArrowNet aims to provide fun relaxed computer training to people over the age of 55, so they can become confident and competent using computers with the Windows operating system. (ArrowNet usually does not provide training on Macintosh or Apple computers.)

Training is provided on a voluntary basis and a wide range of Courses and Workshops are available, for which reasonable charges are made to cover running costs.

ArrowNet allows members to keep up with modern technology and gives them an opportunity to learn new computer skills.

ArrowNet at present has ten tutors, all of whom volunteer their time and expertise.

Anyone over the age of 55 living in the Wakatipu area is welcome to join. There are now over 70 members and to date about 60 have completed the introductory course and the email and internet course.

You must be a member before you can start a course - membership is just $50.00 per year
